On Friday, November 1st the Canadian Photographic Portfolio Society (CPPS) launched Jessica Eaton’s new limited edition suite of photographs entitled, “Ray Tracings”. The edition includes seven archival pigment prints (14 5/8″ x 16 7/8″) housed in a custom portfolio box. Jessica Eaton was in attendance for the launch and as a result, Gallery 1965 was packed with collectors, artists and students interested in seeing the new body of artwork and talking with the artist.
In addition to launching Eaton’s “Ray Tracings” the CPPS exhibited portfolios by Rodney Graham, Angela Grauerholz, Liz Magor and Maxwell & Hadley. To the delight of gallery visitors, CPPS board members provided the opportunity to view the photographic prints without framing, one-on-one.
